Implemented Cerebrum.Runtime.Enumerators.CreateInnerJoinEnumerator and Cerebrum.Runtime.Enumerators.CreateOuterJoinEnumerator functions which allows to build Inner Join or Outer Join enumerators over few IContainer based on Warden kernel object.

- Sergey Boyko have created UI Designer which can be used for tuning Cerebrum.DesktopClient user interface. UI Designer implemented as option of Data Manager. It allows to add new and edit existing UI menu and toolbar items. All changes in UI configuration are automatically stored in the Cerebrum.Database.Master.bin Ui* tables group;

- Some refactortings and optimizations have been made in the Cerebrum core:
- - Stack grammar has been optimized for speed:
- - Automata grammar has been refactored to be more compatible with stack grammar implementation.
